Tiana Washington

Office Manager

Tiana Washington joined FCE as the Office Manager in October 2022. She is a first-generation college graduate who strives for higher education. She received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from San Jose State University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. As an educated Black woman with roots in East Palo Alto, FCE’s mission, which focuses on low-income students of color from East Palo Alto and similar communities, strongly resonates with Tiana. Her understanding of disparities in the underserved community and the effect they have on educational equity has influenced her desire to work for a nonprofit organization that values education and aims to make it accessible. Tiana is proud to be a part of FCE and the impact it has on the community.
