FCE’s College Bound program provides first-generation, low-income students of color from East Palo Alto and similar communities academic support and college application assistance, while parents learn how to better support their students through high school and college. We start accepting applications for rising 9th graders in January. Space permitting, we admit a few students in their sophomore year as well.
