Luis Quiroga

Program Manager, College Success

Having experienced being a first-generation, low-income (FLI) student himself, Luis knows firsthand the challenges FLI have to overcome in order to complete their education and is here to support FCE students as they go through their college journey. He started his college journey at NOVA Community College and later earned a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University. Some of the activities and interests he pursued in college were Student Government, PTK Honor Society, Latino Club, study abroad in Madrid, and research.
