Career Pathways Manager West End House

Tait Wade is the Career Pathways Manager at West End House, a Boys and Girls Club in the Allston neighborhood of Boston, MA. Prior to relocating with her family to the East Coast, Tait served as Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer at a Bay Area Independent School. Tait has nearly 20 years of teaching, school, and college-access program leadership experience. Her passion and commitment has always been to working with first-generation college goers and their families as they navigate the path to and through college and beyond. Tait is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring her teaching and college-access program experience to the FCE Board. Tait holds a B.A. from Kenyon College and a M.Ed. in Equity and Social Justice in Education from San Francisco State University.
