Vice President at JLL

Chris Owusu currently serves as vice president at JLL, a commercial real estate development company. Chris’ background in athletics and WeWork gives him a unique skillset. Chris focuses on understanding a company’s business goals and implementing real estate objectives including strategic site selection, serviced office strategy, lease negotiations and financial analysis.

Chris earned his degree in Human Biology from Stanford University. As a member of the Stanford Football team, Chris was a four-year starter and led the program to its first bowl appearance in a decade. Following graduation, Chris went on to play in the NFL for four years. Chris enjoys his faith, growing with his wife, playing basketball and traveling.

Chris shared his interest in FCE: “I know what it’s like to be told no because of where you came from. FCE looks at these kids and sees yes. Yes, you have potential. Yes, you can go to college. Yes, you can succeed. That belief can change a kid’s entire life, and that speaks deeply to me.”
