Anya Ayala
Program Manager, College Success
Anya is a first-generation Latina and proud FCE alumna who joined Foundation for a College Education in September 2025 as a Program Manager for College Success 2nd- and 3rd-year students. With the support of FCE, Anya graduated from Pitzer College in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Chicanx/Latinx Studies. Anya has always been committed to advancing equity in education and serving her community. She is drawn to this work because, as an FCE alumna, she understands the experiences and challenges FCE students face in pursuing higher education. Throughout high school, she participated in and led various education and mentorship programs for young women. Before joining the FCE team, Anya worked across several Bay Area education nonprofits, gaining experience in classroom support and program coordination. She is excited to be back at FCE supporting students just like herself!
